Belt of the Smoldering Sage vs Inscribed Primeval Prophet

A straight Belt of the Smoldering Sage for Inscribed Primeval Prophet trade rates as fair right now: at $0.09 against $0.09, the two are within the 5% band the calculator treats as even in Dota 2.

There is a liquidity catch here — Inscribed Primeval Prophet (demand 10/10) sells itself, whereas Belt of the Smoldering Sage (demand 2/10) can be slow to move. Value-equal is not always trade-equal when one side is much harder to re-trade.

On recent form, Belt of the Smoldering Sage has held steady this week and inscribed Primeval Prophet has held steady this week. Over 30 days the moves are 0% and 0% respectively, with low volatility on Belt of the Smoldering Sage and low on Inscribed Primeval Prophet.

Both are Mythical mythicals, so this is a like-for-like Dota 2 trade — the decision comes down to value, demand and momentum rather than rarity tiers.
